When I save a file the font layer rasterizes 1

When I save a multi-layered file and come back to it, the font layers rasterize
or flatten. it happens most of the time when I add shadowing or resize using
transform. Is it bad fonts? Prefs? any ideas?

using 10.4.7 PShop 7.0

Are you saving with the Layers ticked on?

at the adobe site I found that it is a very rare Mac only bug with system 7 and that it needs to be updated to 7.1 or download a Repair Type Layer droplet at:

http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=1545

this will fix any past files corrupted. but thanks for any responds.

Mayta did you ever figure this out?? I'm having the same issues with Photoshop 7. It's very frustrating!

openskye - Mayta noted how they resolved the issue. Did the update for version 7 not fix the issue for you?
