When I minimize a program it doesn't appear on the taskbar (Win 98) 7

When I minimize a program it doesn't appear on the taskbar for Windows 98. When I do a CTRL+ALT+DEL it shows the program is running but there is no way of bringing up the program because it is not on the taskbar. Rebooting does not solve the problem. I have even reinstalled windows 98 but it still does not resolve this issue. HELP!!

I hope no-one gets kicked for pointing out the obvoius, that would be a real shame.

Maybe they should setup a forum where we can moan and nag, basically let loos of our frustrations once in a while :-D
