Sometimes (often but not always) when our users copy and paste Web addresses into an email they are composing in Outlook Web Access, the recipient can't open the link because embedded (in the source code, not visibly) at the beginning of the link is our Exchange server URL. So when the recipient clicks on the link, it asks them to log into our Exchange server, which they obviously can't do.

This happened on our in-house Exchange server and now it also happens on our outsourced Exchange server (AppRiver).

Does anybody have any idea why this happens and how to avoid it?

Sorry, I should have provided this additional information. The address specifically looks like this:

Exchange server address followed immediately by: /exchweb/bin/redir.asp?URL= followed immediately by the intended link our users pasted into the body of the email.
