Dear alls,

Your question needs to be more specific.

"But, that's just my opinion... I could be wrong".
-pete

is this for dealing with any particular type of database? Oracle, MS?
Liam Morley
lmorley@wpi.edu
<a href=] :: imotic :: website :: [
"light the deep, and bring silence to the world.
light the world, and bring depth to the silence."

If you are using the JDBC ODBC bridge you code will be measurably slower. If you are using Oracle, go to Oracle and download Classes12.java for Java2 and then follow the examples.

If you use Access and use the ODBC driver that is in ur MS OS than...you wont get the full utility of JDBC2 Eg...You wont have scrollable resulsets....
but you can download drivers out there...some for free.. :)
