Wheel Mouse Problems in Notes Inbox View 1

I have a problem with the wheel mouse and the Notes R5.x Inbox view.

The wheel mouse works as expected (can scroll up and down) in all other applications; for example IE, MS Office, and even in individual notes emails that exceed the normal viewed page.

However, when in the actual Inbox, the wheel mouse does not afford the opportunity to scroll up or down using the wheel. The end user must use the slide bar at the right of the window to move up or down the page.

We did not have this problem within the R4.x versions of Notes however we appear to see this issue now.

We are currently using Notes R5.08.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try downloading an "older" mousedriver or if you're using a microsoft scrollmouse try logitech's driver ... It work's like a charm for me .....

It feels funny to downgrade but in the Lotus Universe it's the right thing to do !
