What's your best install/config scenario for SPS2003?

Just fishing for some helpful info. here. Let's hear your punchlists for the install and/or config.

- install new W2003 server with application role
- install Office 2003
- create new virtual site in IIS
- install SPS2003 with MSDE or SQL
- extend new IIS virtual site
- import/install webparts into virtual gallery
- create portal site
- assign rights
- create sharepoint sites
- ?????

Hello...

Well, all sounds good to me except having Office 2003 on the server itself. I dont run any of that software on my servers because for the most part, the client connecting to the server will be required to have Office 2003 installed to take advantage of the functionality. But I would love to hear some feedback on this.
