Column H header should be Callee Name. Notice that there are 2 columns of Numbers, a Caller and Callee. Both can have an associated Name, depending on which Call Number is referenced and theoretically a Caller could also be a Callee and visa versa.

So given those assumptions, your Call Name Table (columns I:J) which ought to not be contiguous with your Call Transactions Table (columns A:H) as they will have a different number of rows as your example demonstrates, your Call Name Table could include either Caller/Callee Numbers and Names and your Call Transaction Table could be expanded to include a column for Caller Name along with Callee Name.

These are general assumptions that may not fit your specific application. They are questions that I would raise if I were involved with identifying the data entities and database design.
