What's wrong with my Gnome2? 1

I installed Gnome2 on my Sun Ultra60 under Soloars9. Everything is ok, but the screen shows as you see on this pic,

You can see that it's icons apperance not clearly, and font looks strang. I saved it by Screenshot's default settings, and didn't decrease it's quanlity.
I beleive there must be some error in my settings, but I don't know where it is now.
I try to chang the color setting of panel, and the resolution of my screen, they are both useless.
Nevertheless, when I login the workstation on other PC by xmanager,
Gnome shows good. Anyone meet this kind of problem?
Any advice is welcome!

To find out which graphics cards you have installed, issue the following command from a terminal window:

/usr/sbin/fbconfig -list

If you have a Sun Ultra or Sun Blade system with one of the following graphics cards, you must change the default color
depth to 24-bit true color with the appropriate command:

NOTES:
[1] You must log out and log in again before the command will take effect.
[2] To distinguish between an "old" and a "new" Creator3D card, issue the following command: /usr/sbin/ffbconfig
-propt. If the output contains the phrase "Gamma Correction" the card is a new Creator3D card.
