Hey!

Im currently working with some software developement on Linux. My users are used to SGI and I want the GUI to look very much like IRIX. So, my question, what is the name of the font on IRIX with the fixed style that's is used for data input etc. Think its very much like courier....except that the Zero character has a line crossing it to separate it from the "O" character...

Anyone????

The default font used for data input at terminals and shells is Central European (ISO-8859-2 Fixed(SGI)). A good point to mention here is that this is a "set of characters" and not a specific font. Look for this set of characters in the Linux font libraries. You can do a lookup for all the fonts available during Linux installation.

Cheers...
