Whats the best way to learn Flash?

I mastered Flash 2 in 2 days by just going through the tutorial files came with the product 
These days neither Flash comes with tutorials nor can be mastered in 2 days, but if you go through these materials in Adobe site you should cover the basics:

I really like those video workshops. I'm still learning this ActionScripting, it's all new to me like it was just released yesterday.
ASP.NET has the same sort of video workshops. I think Actionscript is a bit easier though.

I purchased the Meet the Flash video. It was less than the cost of a book and is awesome.
