What's a good study guide for AIX certification ??

I want to get started on the AIX System Administrator certification. What is a good, not phone-book type, study guide ?? I have about a year of experience with the operating system and want to study for the test. Thanks !!

go to and search on "certification AND AIX". There is a great RedBook certification study guide you can download.

To get some personal counseling for the AIX certs try:


They work with people new to AIX and especially MCSE's
trying to break into the enterprise space.
