I'm getting this error on my 8200DP. Anyone out there know what it means or how to troubleshoot it? my search on the Xerox site and documentation hasn't led to any useful information.

I had this issue last week with my 8200DP as well. There are 2 halogen bulbs that preheat the drum… chances are the bulbs are burnt out. (That’s what it was with mine)
The entire process is described in detail at the following web site:
I am medium in the handy department and I did not find this too hard to do… just take your time and don’t break any small sensor peaces as I did. But I found my answer on this forum.
Note: I was told this repair is in the $300 to $500 area to have it serviced by a dealer.
