What Version Do I Need

I currently have a backup server running NT with Arcserve 2000 advanced edition, build 1100. It backs up 5 servers on our network. The DC is a windows 2000 server that we will be upgrading to 2003. The exchange server is a 2000 server that we will be upgrading to exchange 2003. My question is, do I have to upgrade the main arcserve program or just get the agents that backup 2003??

Hi Ryan,

You need BrightStor v 9.01 to be installed for Windows 2003 support, and similarly the Exchange Agent of the same for the support on Exchange 2003.

BrightStor Arcserve 9.0 should be at a minimum Build number of 2020.
