ok first network is wireless internet provided by someone in my rural area. He has a 190ft tower.
I also have a tower that will have a clear LOS. But my tower is not next to my house. It's about 200ft away.
I have a wireless network in my house that connects 2 destops and a laptop. I want to connect his wireless internet service with my wireless lan.
Example one of what I was thinking. linksys wet11 to bridge his tower with mine (not a problem) but from my tower to my other house computer with its wireless lan.
I am on a budget and don't want to spend any more money than I have too. I just don't know what equipment I need. This set up might be considered point to point to multipoint.
And as I said my tower is 200ft away from home.

You can run ethernet cable 100 meters, or slightly over 300 feet.

You can purchase cable designed for underground burial.

Thanks for the info bcastner, that just made me think of something else. Can I run the ethernet cable from the wet11 to a wireless router or ap instead of running it the 200ft to my house? I would just have to build an encloser to protect the wireless router from the weather.
Thanks again and any help to these questions are appreciated.

Yes you could. The WET11 is essentially a bridge device, so you could:

WET11 -->WAN port of AP or router setup as an AP

And then essentially do a wireless bridge to another AP or wireless router set to client mode. With the right equipment you may not have to do a bridge from this point at all; but rather use an AP or router with a good antenna to reach coverage to your house; and wireless adapters with good antenna choices available should be do-able at 200'.

Likely using a sector or panel antenna would help in this situation.
