What state do I put my tie line in during power outage?

The distant end to one of our tie lines will be upgrading their UPS which will require a power outage. Which will cause our tie line to power down while they switch UPS. They say power will be lost for approximately 2-3 hours. So to be on the safe side, I'm wondering if I need to place that tie line in a certain state until it comes back up, or will it re-connect itself.

Is there any switch actions I need to do before they power down that circuit? Do I busy it out?

Or do I just let the circuit go down and let it come back up by itself?

thanks.

When we have anything on the remote site, we just leave it as is & let the circuit go down & come up by itself.
