what requirements are needed on Md110 BC13 to install OPi 3213

Can anyone help.

What is needed to install opi3213 on MD110 BC12&13.

Is additional cards and licences required.

You need an ELU28 board and a license for the OPI, to be able to install the OPI3213. From the ELU28, it takes just a 2-wire cable...
I can not get the license (FAL number) from here.
