What reports do you generate to upgrade to AVAYA

We have a customer with an older Option 11c that wants to upgrade to AVAYA. Does anyone know what reports we can generate to determine what upgrade path we can use for them going forward to completely forklift their Nortel switch?

You dont need to forklift anything. I just upgraded 10 11C's from 3.0 to a CS1000E 7.0. You will need to change the SSC card out for a CPPM and some MGC cards. Your Avaya rep should tell you the same thing unless they want to sell you a more expencive system. The upgrade to a 1000E is not that expencive. Less expencive then forklifting.
