what release of legend

How do I determine what release of legend software I have? I have a release 3 merlin mail attached to the legend.

Having problem setting up vm to answer after 4 rings, setup night service button for the system to answer immediately by pressing a button on the attendant set for lunch and when the office is closed.

The instructions mention an overflow threashold timer, but I don't see any such prompt in the programming.

Any help would be appreciated.

from a display MLX set dial intercom *05, if you don't see a release version int he display you may have a Merlin 2 or something that old. you would need to upgrade, do you have a PCMIA card in the processor? this would tell you it's at least release 3 or above.
 
You can also check by using the programming phone and press menu, system then inventory and it will give you the release
 
Actually ... it's MENU - then MAINTENANCE - then SYSTEM and the release and version of the processor software will display.

Or connect the phone system to a computer via the Admin port using with the computer running the SPM software. The release and version number will be displayed in the bottom center of the dialog box.
