I'm certain I've set a setting that brings up the DB in full screen mode so that I cannot get to other applications. What is that? thanks!

I don't think there's any DB setting that will enable you to do this.

You can make a popup background form that will sit over the Taskbar. You would also need to trap Alt + Tab keystrokes to prevent the user switching applications that way.

Users would also be able to use Ctrl-Alt + Delete to bring up Task Manager and kill your app. I'm not sure whether it's possible to trap this key-combination or not.
