You cannot just randomly name it in Aloha Manager either, it needs to match the name it has in the registry. Look here on the terminal..It will ALWAYS be here if it was installed with the default settings, this is the standard. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\OleforRetail\ServiceOPOS\MSR The name in there is the name you will use in Aloha Manager. If it is a Radiant terminal, minus the 1210, it is always RSMsr.
