What motivates you? I.T. is always hot/cold, somedays are go, go, go, and others are ........ you know.

So what motivates you and what do you do to motivate your staff?
 
Absolutely. I couldn't agree more.

Right, I'm off to join a tall ship now and 'motivate' a team of 10 on a watch; half able bodies and half not. Motivation isn't usually an issue on these voyages though.

I guess the sailing thing worked well - All of my watch turned up for duty; even if they brought 'sick-bags' with them.

So it was truly excellent! And they all seems to be at least enthusiastic.

Beautiful photos! Im almost afraid to ask just how high up you were to take those shots of the sails from above...

The mast is about 38 metres high, and I guess those photo's are from about 2/3rds of the way up.

Pretty high I guess....
