traffic-share balance and traffic-share minimum are both router subcommand relating to routing.cisco IOS support upto 4 equal cost rout to the same subnet in a routing table by default why you can configure it to between 1 and 6 inclusive
traffic-share balance command tels the router to use all the available rout to the same subnet proportionately to their rout cost while traffic-share minimum command tels the router to include all the available rout to the same subnet in the routing table but use the one with the lowest rtout cost to the subnet.
