what is this error meaning? works on laptop, won't work on server!

here's the error:

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Table 'garcia22_ccc.offers' doesn't exist at index.pl line 1257.
DBD::mysql::st fetchrow_array failed: fetch() without execute() at index.pl line 1266.

can anyone make sense out of this?

If it works on one machine and not on the server, perhaps your server may be not configured the same?

Specifically the PERL installation I'm thinking...
