What is the system password? 1

I'm installing a brand new Partner with a 509 processor and a T1. I have to change the mode to hybrid so I can pool the lines. To change the mode of operation, I press #198 and the display says "enter the system password". What is the system password?
I tried #403 but that affects telephone permissions.
