Hello.
At startup on a PC running Windows 2000 Pro, I'm getting a message box stating "The Support Tuner has encountered a network error. Check the state of the network and try again." It's only a peer network with an XP Pro machine, which it cannot see. Sorry, but I can't figure out what the Support Tuner is in order to correct it. Does anybody know what this error means? Thank you.
