I need to reinstall Networker since the update option does not seem to be updating from 6.0 to 6.0.1 but I do not want to delete anything other than the system files for networker.

What is the difference between the Partial and Complete install

I would contact Tech Support at Legato to be sure but 6.0.1 may be a just a patch to 6.0. See if patch exists at legato web site. I think a release was done because they really didn't want anyone upgrading to 6.0 due to issues with conversion of db.
