WHAT is the best way for public calendars<br>

I have exchange 5.5 server with outlook 98 clients.<br>
five individuals would like to open a calendar and see<br>
what all five people are doing. <br>
<br>
They can currently open the other's calendar with open special folder option. This is not good enough for them.<br>
<br>
Any Ideas ????

Create a shared Calendar in the public folders for all to use. Set permissions on it to limit those who can view/create.<br>
<br>
We have a complete set of Calendars and Contact lists for each department to share all with appropriate permissions.<br>
<br>
