Does anyone know what is the ACIMDTL table used for? And how/if AR is dependent

I assume you're talking about Accpac Pro?

He has Avatax, it calculates sales taxes.
Check that the AC program files are installed (Help, System Information) and that the version is compatable with your Accpac version. If you recently upgraded Accpac you may need to upgrade Avatax.
