Just looking for some info on this setting. Customer was sold this and wants me to look into it. can't find too much other than one x portal and ums web services. they thought they were getting the old phone manager pro license. just point me in the direction and i will read. thanks in advance.

What is "Office Worker Profile"

Office worker is indeed one-x portal.
When you are in Manager then go to the user and profile setting and press the help button.
This will show a list with what each profile provides.
To be honest, i would use one-x portal and not phonemanager.
If it is only for one person then it is a bit expensive because you need a server.
A phonemanager pro license also enables the office worker profile so take a look in to the licenses section and look for it.
You need to enable phonemanager pro on the phonemanager tab at the user and not use the profile setting.
When you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!
