I was running a TNB on our system and everything was fine except for our receptionist. She did not have a TN and her type was a LDN. Would someone please explain to me what this is and means? I thought it might have something to do with the console. Thanks. I am working with Meridian 1 Option 21 Release 17.76.

Hi
LDN means LISTED DIRECTORY NUMBERS and can be defined as incoming call indicators(ICI) and pointed to specific keys on a console.Making it possible to have different presentations when different DN's are dialled.
