Hi guys,
I have 2 telephone Ext# ok.what I need is that when somebody call one of both the 2 Extensions ring at the same time.
somebody recommended me to use KSMDN but I do not know what it is.

To ALREI or not to ALREI,this is the command

KSMDN= Key System Muliple Directory Number
I'm assuming the phones are digital as that command is for use with digital phones.
If you have a digital phone you can make another phone appear under a spare button. When the other phone is rung it will ring/flash the button and the call can be answered by pressing the button.
This can be set up with the KSMDN command.

KSMDI:DIR= ext1,MDN= ext2,KEY= free key at ext1,CALALT= ring type at the key;
And then again but with reversed extx.

If You have BC 13 (TSW) is other future named parallel ringing.
Which version of SW You have?
