I posted this question on the eBusiness forum a few weeks back without any success ... does anyone know more about ESA ?

I've seen a few articles recently saying that ESA or Enterprise Service Automation will be the next big boom area of the IT industry. I know that Peoplesoft are currently the main player in this market but have heard that SAP and Microsoft are currently developing solutions. I would like to find out more on the background to what the functionality of these solutions are and what the scope of implementation is. Can anyone help or point me in the direction of good articles ?
