I'm in a new environment where the meridian phone system is barely (if at all) documented. So, I don't know what phone#s are free or what's available to me at all.

What is the best LD (and commands) I can use to print this information?

I want to start documenting what TNs are used, which phone#, etc...so I need to create a "base" so that phone admin now & in the furure is not a shot in the dark.

Nothing too complex, just so I know what is being used and what is free/open. I am about 10yrs removed from meridian administration, so I'm rusty to say the least.

-thanks guys,
Rob

LD 20/21/22 as a start (from memory !!!)
Might still have a copy of an excell sheet I used for TN's & DN's if I find it I'll mail it.

<Do I need A Signature or will an X do?>

Thanks Mr.RCorrigan -

But, I'm going strictly from memory and don't know what commands to issue once I've done an LD 20/21/22.

I'm sure there's one or two that list all used phone extensions or all used TNs...something like that.

go to ld 137

and prt the inventry of phones and cards

I have a link to a excell sheet that'll give you a nice excell sheet (....)

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

I don't seem to have an LD 137.
Typing LD 137 only makes the system print an OVLxxxx message.

Anyway, I toyed around until I got what I needed.
I did an LD 20. Print (PRT) then type =TNB and I pressed [enter] -leaving the fields blank- until it started printing out every TN & what what associated with it.

So, that's just fine!

That Excel program that formats the text TNB file is fantastic. Thanks!!!
