What is Atrack

ok what is Atrack, it has appeared in my lists of tasks running, I do a periodic Alt + Ctrl + Del to see what my computer is thinking about. Lately Atrack has been appearing and I have no clue what it is or what it does.

can anyone give me a clue, because i lost mine.

ah haaaa, its just alert tracker, i could not figure it out, it was sometimes running but sometimes wasn't, and when you search on google, you get info about a band namedatrack or something,
