What is 32x64 or 32x72 in RAM spec?

I want to buy RAM however could you they me what is 32x64 or 32x72 mean?

32mb across either 64 or 72 datapath width which converts to 32x8 MB 8bit bytes of memory. The 72 is a parity bit in addition to the 8 bits giving the ability to parity check and do error correction. Ed Fair
