what IP phone has the best speaker-phone??

i have the 4621swip phones that work fine, but the speaker-phone doesn't seem to work really good. i was wondering if you guys could tell me what IP phone has the best speaker-phone....

I think the 9621/41 are best. I think a better question is the about the mic. These phones also have great mics. People can't seem to tell I'm on speaker with a 9621 or 9641. I tell customers they are 'enhanced mics' even though Avaya doesn't have a description for them. ESI phones have a 60 model phone with an 'HD' speaker but the mic sucks. Even lesser expensive Polycom conference room phones mics suck.

I have a 9621 in my apartment and can be 20 feet away while hearing and being heard clearly. My 9611g in my office has a good speaker too.

Best part is Avaya own Konftel, so it's really an Avaya phone
