What IOS command to shutdown 2500 router

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what and if there is an IOS command to turn off a cisco 2500 router. I prefer to shut it down this way than shutting if off from the back of the router.

Cisco routers were meant to run for all of their life's.You are lucky to even have a power switch ;-)No such command!

Suppose you could enter reload..... what for it to restart and then switch off...

That could corrupt the startup image, sk...

The only way is to just shut it down with the power switch. Nothing bad will happen---as Minue says, this is how they are designed.
