Hi

Could anyone help, What does the QoS Packet Scheduler do?

I believe it givea voice priorty at your NIC. I turn it on for every softphone user. Without it voice quality suffers. Remember that there is no QoS on the internet so once the call leaves your NIC anything can happen.

It only prioritzes packets within the local PC (outbound on the NIC). Like he said, once they leave the NIC s*it happens, according to the LAN QOS settings, or internet etc...
