what does "IDLE DND xxxx" mean, after stating a TN. 1

I get a "IDLE DND xxxx" after stating a specific analog (500) set (this is the only set in the group)
The reason I'm looking into this is because, all incoming calls are beign re-dericted to the console when somone is on the line for the above TN. All other sets within the same card are O.K. I deleted the TN and Re-enabled it once, still no change. Hope this makes scence. I have a Meridian XT. Thanks for any advice
 
It means the Do Not Disturb Feature is active.

My NTP (page 152, in X11 Maintence) lists that as abnormal. (LD 32, stat LSCU command)
