Hi,

I've tried googling this but had no luck. I'm looking at some faulty phones to replace & I decided to do the following on the three -

REQ: stat 100 0 10 10
IDLE UNREGISTERED 00
REQ: stat 100 0 10 11
IDLE UNREGISTERED 00
REQ: stat 100 0 10 16
NPR002

What does the last result mean?

The reason I did this it's not unknown for staff to have hid a broken phone & produce it later saying it doesn't work, hence I wanted to check the TN wasn't in use elsewhere.

When not in any LD type "err npr002"(CR)

The switch will print the most common error codes

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

Cheers. It doesn't matter how many times I make a note of that I never remember it.

you do not need to even exit the LD. type ! and you will get the prompt to type the error. after the error is printed out you are back at the same prompt you were when you typed !. (you also don't need to type the leading 0's on errors)

ld 20

Wrong number of input parameters for command.
Check data and re-enter the command.

Your right Trason, but how many times do you think people hit enter after the error message & skip the prompt they wanted & then swear at the screen. Makes me laugh every time, unless its me (Doh)
