What do I need to start learning JSP

I want to learn JSP, and so I'd like to know what I need to download and install in order to develop and run my new pages. I played around with ASP a while ago, and I remember having to set up personal web server on my machine before I could do anything. What do I need for JSP? I already have installed JDK1.3.1_02. Do I need to install Tomcat Server? j2ee SDK? Anything else?.....

I would recommend starting with Tomcat and buying a decent JSP book like Hans Bergsten's JavaServer Pages or Marty Hall's Core Servlets and JavaServer Pages. Get Tomcat at

I would recommend "Pure JSP" by James Goodwill (ISBN:0672319020). It will guide you through the prerequisites and the installation procedures as well.
Sun's JSP page at

is worth visiting.
