What do I need to get my Option 61C to do IP phones?

I have Option 61C and IP phones together.
* I upgraded to Sucession 3.0 released from released 25.4.
* I have Media Card MC 32 (require)
* I have a Signaling Server (optional)
* I used Cisco Switch with PoE.
* I have 1120, 1140, 2002, 2004 and i2005 phones on the systems.
