what displays on 3904 when idle? 2

When idle, Nortel is displayed in the large box between the two horizontal lines. I had not noticed this on a 3904 when visiting another location (I would swear nothing was there --- except the number of callers info).

Can this "field" be customized to indicate our company name? If not, can we at least remove Nortel?

Yes, of course you can customize this!
It is done in LD17, parm block.
I think it is called customize idle string or something..
