What different about switchport multi vlan 1 and switchport access vlan 1 ?
Can I add port of fa0/9 to vlan 1 and vlan2?

Yes, configuring a port to use switchport mode multi vlan allows you to make a port a member of two or more vlans. But you can not do this if you have trunking configured on this switch.
