What CLS for Redial Last caller on the DID?

CLS LNA and to use it you just hit your DN twice and it will dial the last number you dialed.

Isn't there also a redial function that can be programmed on a key? I think it was to redial a busy number once it was no longer busy?

I think that's Ring Again (RGA) but I think it only works for internal calls.
