What can BES Admins see on a blackberry?

Can BES admins see into the media card that is in a blackberry connected to the BES? Wondering if they can view, pictures, listen to music, watch videos, etc...

I think they're running BES 4.1.5.33

No, they can't view them. If you are that concerned, don't use a company Blackberry to store personal data.

The BB was lost and contained photos of a construction site overseas that we needed for legal reasons.

my BES server does it by default, but Admins can also set it to log messages if it's not default; here is the link

silly question:
can you see the contents(body)of sms text or is it only date/time/recipient etc...

If the option is enabled for PIN & SMS message logging (it is not enabled by default, the Admin has to enabled it) then the contents of the messages are logged on the server as well as date, time, sender etc.

Many juristictions require logging for audit & regulation purposes.
