Does anyone know what all the fixed-pitch fonts are? I know that Courier is a fixed-pitch font but I don't know what the others are. Thank you.

There really aren't any specific ones. They're either fixed or not. Courier is not necessarily a fixed-pitch font, though it is the most popular. Do you need them for a specific purpose?
