What are Null Tmp Files

I am optimizing my drive using SystemTools. There is at least 6 null.tmp files relocated for system. Can you tell me what these files do, or can I delete them. They take to much room.

I have win98 and no NULL files checked WEBOPEDIA nothing. Think you should run you're virus and or ad aware program and see what it has to say..

Just delete them. One of your programs is probably creating them, and if they need those files, they will create them again. I periodically delete all *.tmp files on my machines.
