What am I doing wrong???

I have searched the boards here and found several threads on how to copy an analog extension and create a new one. I have tried this several time in ld 20 and 10 and its not working. After ive found an available extension and tn heres what I do:

SCH5069 - means you're out of TN license, need to buy more or start deleting some
