What would be the most beneficial certifications, to first, get the foundation then expand out?, and also to make my resume seem the most appealing to the computer industry?
I know A+ is the first inline, where do I go from there?

The advice I got from the guy down at the testing facility was to go with Net+ after A+. The combination gives you a well-rounded look and firm basis for everything else.
